Door Program #3

We worked on: * find your spot, * wait/good wait while going to the door and break (taking a break during the session).
We attemped to 'charge' the clicker (you click, they look at you, they get a treat). Skooter was afraid of the clicker noise. After hearing it twice he ran into his kennel and cowered. We couldn't get him to come out for a while. We muffled the clicker with tissue paper but he still didn't want to come out. Moped responded well to the clicker.
Skooter isn't going to be much of a bird dog if he's scared of loud sound, so we need to get him use to unusual sounds. I think Moped would make a great bird dog one day when he can settle down.
