They really are gone. And soon they will be owned by someone else. It's nice right now because I can get emails from Kris about how they are doing and I can see them on the RM GSP web site. But soon that won't be the case. I really hope that their new owners will stay in touch with me so I can keep up with the dogs. I made CD's of all their pictures for the new owners. I'll send them off to Kris tomorrow. I should try to write my letters to the new owners tonight. That way I can get it all sent out at the same time.
David's at hockey tonight and the house is more quiet than it used to be. The cats are on my lap though (Minnie and Paulie). Even Lynn misses the dogs and she lives in Alabama. She's so used to hearing Moped scratching and Skooter whining when I'm on the phone. Or she'd hear me going crazy because they were out of their kennels :-) I miss them but I don't miss keeping them in their kennels. I'm happy to know they spend the majority of the day out of their kennels.
But they are gone and they will soon be adopted. I'm going to have to let go some day.
