Things were going good until today. Not with the dogs, but with the cats. I went in and changed their litter box. Even after I changed it the room still didn't smell good. Then it dawned on me: one of the cats had gone to the bathroom somewhere other than the litter box. Yep, behind my printer stand. Gee-ross! I cleaned it all up and wondered who the culprit is. I sprayed the area around the printer stand with Fooey (a very stinky smell). No one has gone to the bathroom behind the printer stand today. Yahoo! I'm definitely going to have to keep an eye on this problem though because I don't want it getting to be a habit (like using the tub *eyes roll*).
On the dog front, I've been giving the girls their Benadryl and it seems to be helping. They don't seem to get too tired from taking it which is good. They've been in bed all night and I've been up with insomnia. Rackin' frackin' dogs! :-) Maybe it's because we took a nap today. I don't know. Anyway, the dogs are doing well. Still chasing the cats some but not near as much as they used to. They are happy to get their medicine twice a day because I give it to them mixed with can dog food (just a teaspoon full). It makes it very easy to give them the Benadryl.
David is on vacation for the next 10 days so hopefully we'll be able to take the dogs for walks in the morning. They'd really enjoy that. They are still pulling but not quite as bad as they used to. That means they won't be in doggie day care for a while. They didn't go last Friday because I was home most of the day. And I'll probably be home for the next two Fridays too since David is on vacation. I might put them in one day just to give them a fun day. We'll see.

All your paws are adorable. Been peeking in from time to time because we enjoy your adventures. If you haven’t tried it yet – using a harness on walks quickly tames & trains eliminating the pulling or choking. Very inexpensive at Wal-mart. We trained our paws to bring us the harness when we’re going for walks and now if we just hold the harness they get excited and expect a walk. When we started the practice we didn’t make them tight so they wouldn’t reject the idea. Worked out great and it gives you amazing control over their actions. ~smiles~
